Tembec’s Canadian forest and sawmill operations produce high-quality softwood lumber used mainly in construction, hardwood lumber used by manufacturers, as well as wood chips and biomass used in Tembec operations and by third-party customers.

Hardwood lumber

Tembec’s Huntsville, Ontario sawmill produces hardwood lumber products from a variety of hardwood species.  Customers in residential, commercial and industrial markets use our hardwood to make high-performance:

  • Furniture
  • Flooring
  • Moldings

Operations are fully integrated, giving us total control over the production process, from forest operations through to shipping. All this ensures quality, consistency and supply over the long term. And we offer Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) certified products in all our species and grades.
